hi friends

the bigest problem is  i cant understand native english speakers pronounsiation by listning.but i can understand by reading. can some one give me a solution to  improve my listening ability

There's also a pronunciation software that includes native speakers' recordings http://saundz.com/ You can record your voice and compare it to them to see what is it that you're doing wrong. Should be helpful :)

Watch english movies with english subtitles! Try and choose those with good sound quality. If what you read doesn't match what you heard, repeatedly listen to that very scene until it matches for you! :-)

You need to get some practice by watching tv or listening music,if you really want to understand efficently.

Do you watch any TV series such as The Simpsons or Friends? If you find an interesting TV show and watch it regularly, I think, you'll improve your pronunciation significantly :)

You can watch series and movies with subtitles first. You can also learn english with native speakers like at http://preply.com/en/skype/english-native-speakers. hope this helps.

Hallo. I recommend you to watch English movies with English subtitles as much as possible in order to visualise the words. Then while listening to a conversation try again to visualise the individual words. Learn the English transcription of the pronunciation. Start with the common words and words that got stuck in your mind. :-) Be patient. It takes some time.
