If it is a simple question about the future tense, "will" is the only option.

"Is getting to" makes no sense. Do you mean "is going to"? This is an option for future tense, but suggests there is a reason now why you think it will, for instance, grey clouds are appearing..

"may" or "might" work if you are talking about the possibility of it raining.

Will/may-might can be used depending on the speaker certainty about an event. Will >possibility May - might >probability, both forms can be used with the same meaning.
