Simplifying: you have a good relationship WITH someone.

However, to say I have a good relationship with each other is kind of redundant, because, as the guy above has said,"a relationship is by definition between two or more people, so there is no need to add more."

Unless if you're answering someone to this question:

  • Which one you have a good relationship with: Julia or Sandra?
  • I have a good relationship with both/each other.

"We have a good relationship". A relationship is by definition between two or more people, so there is no need to add more. I don't understand what you're trying to specify. :)

I think it's best to say "We have a good relationship" and omit "with each other", in terms of redundancy. However, "to each other" would be wrong in this sentence. :)
