is there a rule about how to use phrasal verbs, I mean it is kind of confusing when you have to split it or not like clean up; when are you going to clean this place up? or on the other hand, lets say the verb close down: the factory is closing down next week.
Is there a kind of rule, or a esquematic clasification that can help?
