The fancy bowtie around his neck seems awkward in the tense atmosphere of the conference hall. His face is clean shaven. He has a neat haircut; not too short and not too long. His hair is starting to turn grey around his temples. This man's appearance is likable. He has a calm, clear and very convincing voice.
