The easiest and the best way to improve your speaking is to communicate a lot. If you live in an English-speaking country, pay attention to the English conversations around you. If not, you can use this facebook application to contact people - https://apps.facebook.com/speak-in/

1. Select the language you want to learn and your native language.
2. Click on "Select Levels/Topics", and choose what you want.
3. Click on "Learn Together", and start speaking.
4. Also you can click on "Language Exchange" to communicate with native speakers.

Hello, guys. I had some experience with Skype instructions as well, and |I must say that they work just fine. Make sure that you are alone in the room, that your connection is good and that you can hear the instructor fine. Turn off your phone and set your online status on "Invisible". Believe me, those small things can ruin the entire session.

If you are worried about your pronunciation, go and check out the software that helped me the most - http://saundz.com/. It teaches only pronunciation, so further instructions are necessary, but it worked just fine for me.
