Would any body please explain the difference between these 3 expressions?

Broken : It’s mean 1- damaged or pieces not working. 2- not continuous , interrupted 3- not kept a promise 4- use about foreign language. spoken slowly with a lot of mistakes

Out of order : it’s mean
not working properly or not working at all . use about person’s behaviour unacceptable.

Out of service : it is mean outside of work .

This glass has Broken this day. This item is out of order. (nothing left) This bus is out of service.( It is going to stop)

No much difference in daily usage.
Broken=non functioning Out of order=non functioning out of service= either non functioning or not being used
