There are many ways you can improve your English, first you need to identify your flaws and start working on them.
You can read a book (there are some really easy with a basic grammar), look at the translation of a song that you like or see a movie with the subs and try to identify words that you are familiar with.
Don't push yourself to hard tough, it takes time so one small step everyday will be enough.
