tout - masculine (singular)
tous - masculine (plural)
toute - feminine (singular)
toutes - feminine (plural)

Examples:
Il était tout seul - he was all alone
Elle était toute seule - she was all alone
Ils étaient tous seuls - they (masc.) were all alone
Elles étaient toutes seules - they (fem) were all alone.

And if the company is mixed, then -- tous. Right?
