I often have difficult to use this two verbs correctly. Can someone help me to understand better when it is correct the use of take or bring?

take and bring is verb irregular so  when congugated in past simple become:

take >>> took

bring>>>brougth

bring means IN YOUR DIRECTION, so 'Bring me the towel' means 'Take the towel towards me'. bring is always an action whose direction is towards you.

take is an action verb that involves movement of things to any direction.
