Can anyone tell me the two meanings of "come again" in this joke.

A candidate at a job interview was asked a tough question to which he mumbled an inaudible answer. The interviewer said "Come again?" The candidate got up, collected his file, went out of the room and came back again.

Come again means "could you repeat please? Other way to say it´s "what was that?

Speaking of jokes, this one is a similar kind of pun :) http://goo.gl/wir4F9

"To come again" in the interviewer's case is, "Could you repeat that". The "double entendre" is that the man thought he wanted him to "come" (have an orgasm) again. It's a silly joke... (not funny). Replace "come again" with "Pardon me? I'm sorry? Say that again, please?"
