Hi, dear. I'm gonna help you with your 1st doubt.

(That question is very pertinent, because it comes in a very good clearing moment of my english studies: i have been studying qualifiers' order in sentences for this whole week. haha)

Usually, the adjectives follow some rules:

1 Quality

2 Size

3 Shape

4 Age

5 Color

6 Type

7 Material

8 Noun

9 Descriptive phrase

No one is going to put all of them together in a unique sentence, only if it is the speaker's intention.

For instance:

Quality (Quaint) Size (little) Shape (curved) Noun (streets) Descriptive phrases (with few night activity)

This quaint little curved streets with few night activity might be dangerous.

I hope I have helped you.

Good studies :D
