my english grammar is really bad...please suggest me what should i do to improve my english grammar...

Reading always help, you can also watch any tv show, cartoon or movie with English subtitles (even if the audio is in English). Do this and your grammar will get better.

Reading helps, that's right but, not watching TV or movies... Buy a good grammar textbook with the solution of exercises, and go through it several times.

There is a great self-study grammar book "English Grammar In Use" by Raymond Murphy for all the levels (from elementary to advanced), it contains rules and very good practice activities with answers for self-checking.
