there are several ways to do so:
- watch native materials, e.g. tv-shows, films
- listen to audio-books while following the text on paper
- when checking a word in a dictionary, listen to its pronunciation and then repeat as well
- speak with natives if possible and ask them to correct your pronunciation
when you hear a new word and you are not sure about its pronunciation, repeat it as many times as possible to make your pronunciation perfect.
