Hello John,
A lot of times the "t" sounds like a "d", so the pronuciations are "therd" and "therdee". It's the same for 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 (all the "ty"s sound like "d"s.

You want to say, "I really need someone to help me improve my English pronunciation, as well as written and spoken language."

You want to say, "I'm learning your language and I can think of nothing better than learning it with an American. (a "native American" is an "Indian", so you just say "American" or "native English speaker")

The two words have the different pronunciation. "third" has only one syllable and its vowel sound is similar to the vowel sound of the word "bird", just different in the initial consonant sound.
For the word "thirty", it has 2 syllables and its pronunciation is similar to the word "dirty", and again just different in the first consonant sound.
I hope this helps you.

A good way to improve your skills is to use English pronunciation software.
