Is it correct to say, It has been confirmed that we have received the devices.

Assuming that we are talking about a professional reply, it ought to be rephrased as "... we (I) confirm receipt of the devices on (date)...".

The clearest and simplest answer (assuming professional or business setting) would be “We confirm we have received the devices” or “We confirm receipt of the devices”. “It has been confirmed that we received….” uses the passive tense, so you are saying something like ‘someone confirmed this but we don’t know who”. Rather confusing and best not used.
