Which of these sentences are correct regarding the position of adverbs (carefully and patiently)? If they all are correct then what are the difference between them?

I think all sentences are correct, but She watched her child carefully and I waited for him patiently sound better.

All of them are correct, it depends on what you want to emphasize in the sentence.
