Hi opau,

Investigate: to try to find out the facts about something in order to learn the truth about it

Examine: to look at something carefully in order to find out about it or see what it is like

Interrogate: to ask someone, for example a prisoner or criminal, a lot of questions in an angry or threatening way, in order to get information

Question: if the police question someone, they ask them questions to find out what they know about a crime

Hope this helps.
