When we using "BE" and "THE"?

I am so confuse if sometime i want to used "BE" and "THE".

the example is like : Being me, or The USA, not the India or The Japan.

i don't know how to use this word

Please give an example of a sentence in which you don't know what to use.Actually these words are fundamentally different.
