Is it better to say the soup is tasty or tastefull??

Soup is tasty, but clothing or decor is tasteful. I created a video a few months ago that explains the difference.

if you mean you like taste of soup use tasty

and if you like how excellent cook sliced the vegetables and how beautiful the soup looks like use tasteful.

but I think it not very good works with food

If you mean that the soup have a pleasant, distinct flavour, use tasty

It is noteworthy that adjectives ending in -ful are written with only one L.
