I have difficulties in differentiate the one Tenses to the other tenses, when use it? What the specific character about it?

honestly i think the only way to master in tenses is reading.so even you read a lot you'll notice how tenses are used and you'll automatically learn how to put tenses correctly

I learned it by.... taking tons of grammar tests available online. I have learned all the tenses and their differences after checking what the right answer is. I would say "Oh,. so that's how it goes..."

I think, when you discovered that yourself. You would forget it less and learn more.
