I've just started to study English again and I'm pleased because I have been remebering lots of things, like grammar and words. but I feel worried because I've tried to listening some audio books which I could understand quite well 4 or 5 years ago, but now it's been too hard to understand it clearly. So, what do you do to keep your ears trained for the English language?

My personal opinion is to watch english movies/series with subtitles and when you feel yourself comfortable without subtitles. It helped me a lot.

Lots of things you should do to improve your listening skills such as listening to the music with lyrics, watching movies with subtitle, Practice your English, and learn more vocabularies... because if we don't know the vocabularies we will never understand what we listen...

I think you should talk to native people or practise English with your friends. :)
