I want to know what is the best preposition to use with the word love, like if I need it to tell someone that I like to much of something.

E.g.: "Love by trips, animals and nature" or "Love for trips, animals and nature"

It would be "love for", but I think it sounds more natural to simply say "I love animals". :)

Agree we would just say “I love animals” But if you want to say that your love for them is too much, then you would say “ I love animals too much” (meaning there is something bad or wrong about your love) If you want to emphasise your love for animals, we would say “I love animals very much”
