I visited my grandparents. - Yes

Then I went to Cambridge. - Yes (consider --> Afterwards, I went to Cambridge.)

I spent two weeks in Cambridge.  - Yes

I slept in a tent.  Yes

I swam in the sea. - Yes

I ate lots of ice cream. - Yes

I drunk coconut milk. - No (wrong verb tense --> use the past tense of "to drink" - I drank coconut milk.)

I took a lot of selfies. - Yes

Suggestion - Learn about and use conjunctions: words used to connect clauses or sentences or to coordinate words in the same clause (e.g. and, but, if ).

Instead of Saperatate sentences you can combind those sentenses by using connecting words (conjuctions)
